4 week introduction to Meditation Course on Thursday Evening 7pm- 8pm Book in advance to guarantee your place
This Class is open to anyone whether you have meditated before or not. You will be gently guided into a relaxation to introduce you to meditation. through deep breathing techniques and visualisations. You'll also learn how to relax and let go. Later as we advance you can learn how to balance your chakras, how to work with your aura and how to clear any blockages in your life to move forward. These meditations will help you sleep better, boost your confidence, become more peaceful and cope better with life in general. This is a small class limited to 8 people so ring to book your space.

One to One Sessions
If you are new to meditation and would like to build your experience gradually we can arrange for one to one tuition with a gentle introduction to meditation techniques and how to build your experience of meditation in a warm friendly and safe manner before joining a group.
