Hatha Yoga Classes are held on a Thursday Morning 10.00 - 11.00 am, Tuesday Evening 7pm - 8.30pm.
One to one sessions can also be arranged.

What is Yoga?
Yoga means union, and yoga practice can be a union between mind, body and spirit as, to practice yoga, you incorporate all three.
Yoga exercise tones and strengthens the body and can gently massage the internal organs increasing blood flow and improving circulation as well as toning. The breathing exercises in yoga also aid in increasing stamina, as you are able to breath deeper and clear the lungs of any stagnant air, but also improving flow of oxygen to the vital organs including the brain.
Regular practice of yoga can also help you to deal with stressful situations at home and in the work place particularly when you also bring in regular meditation practice.
